Sheep and Goat Weigh-in April 24, 8am-10am.

All vehicles entering the fairgrounds will do so through the North Camping gate off Brim Road.

Remember that when out of your vehicle at weigh in you must wear facial covering.

All entries need to be done through Fair Entry by April 22nd; this will allow us to have your information the day of weigh-in. There will not be a need to do the google form this year.

Proof of purchase for Wood County Born and Raised projects will need to be uploaded to Fair Entry.


Goats:  Only Market Goats get weighed in. The maximum weight a goat can weigh at the April weigh-in is 70 pounds to be eligible for grand or reserve at the fair. Does are allowed to be in the market class with horns, but Weathers must be dehorned.  Should you have any questions please reach out to Bob Strow or Paul Perry.


Sheep:  Only Market Sheep get weighed in. The maximum weight a lamb can weigh at the April weigh-in is 80lbs to be eligible for Rate of Gain awards. If there are any questions, please contact Deanne Corken or Amanda Barndt.

In 2021, the Wood County Agricultural Society is proud to announce the 148th annual Wood County Fair. This historic event is scheduled to take place from August 2-9, 2021 in Bowling Green, Ohio. For eight days every summer over 100,000 people attend the long-standing tradition of the Wood County Fair. This tradition has supported many of the county’s youth and community members by providing exhibitions, education and entertainment that create a sense of pride in our communities, county and state. The fair has helped create lasting memories for countless people and strives to continue making memories for future generations.
