9:00 a.m. – State Qualifying Show – PAS (Performance Against the Standard)
Saturday, August 1
7:00 p.m. All horses in place at fairgrounds (exceptions to approved by horse superintendent)
7:30 p.m. Mandatory Department Meeting – main arena
Immediately following department meeting - All exhibitors at their horse stalls for horse body condition check. (May leave after checked off.)
Sunday, August 2
9:00 a.m. – Open Performance Show
Monday, August 3
11:00 a.m. – Jr. Fair Horses Team Tournament
2:00 p.m. – Showmanship Sweepstakes Qualifier, Jr. Fair Horse Draft, Ground Roping, Driving
6:00 p.m. - Stakes and Keyhole
Tuesday, August 4
9:00 a.m. – Jr. Fair Horse English Show
Wednesday, August 5
9:00 a.m. - Jr Fair Horse Ranch Show

General Department Rules:

Each division official will expect courteous and orderly conduct by exhibitrs and spectators. Harassment, profanity or unsportsmanlike conduct toward fair officials, judges, show manager, help or exhibitors shall not be tolerated. Any violations of this rule would warrant withholding of premiums won and exemption of showing at the Wood County Fair. Violators may be removed from the fairgrounds.

All exhibitors, parents, and public must abide by the rules of the Junior and Senior Fair or will be asked to leave the grounds, forfeit any premiums and awards, and will be subject to further sanctions appropriate to the offending actions.

In order for a protest to be brought forth it shall be put in writing along with $100.00 and brought forth to the committee.

The Rules Committee is the Rules Committee on the Sr. and Jr. Fair Board.

The Jr. Fair members will act as the show steward during the week along with the assistance of the Horse Advisors and Sr. Fair Board Directors.

The only people allowed in the Entry Booth will be working advisors and Jr. Fair Board members. The only people allowed upstairs will be the people working. All questions should be answered downstairs.

Anyone making a nuisance of themselves will be asked to leave the fairgrounds.
