Grounds/Building Rental

All Fees/Charges must be paid in full 14 days BEFORE contracted date.

  • Pavilion - Whole Building:

    • Rental Cost: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (one day) $3,000.00;

    • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (one day) $5,000.00;

    • Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday (2 days) $9,000.00

  • Pavilion - Large Exhibit Only:

    • Large Exhibit 270' X 124' (33,489 sq. ft.) 

    • Rental Cost: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (one day) $2,400.00;

    • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (one day) $4,000.00;

    • Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday (2 days) $7,200.00

  • Pavilion - Conference Room only:

    • Conference Room 26' X 39' (1014 sq. ft.)

    • Rental Cost: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (one day) $175.00;

    • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (one day) $250.00;

    • Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday (2 days) $750.00

  • Pavilion - Small Exhibit Room only:

    • Small Exhibit 53' X 53' (2809 sq. ft.)

    • Rental Cost: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (one day) $350.00;

    • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (one day) $500.00;

    • Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday (2 days) $1,500.00

 

To hold a date, a refundable (if no damage is found) security deposit of $500.00 is required for smaller rooms and $1000 for large exhibit room or whole building.

If rental is cancelled prior to 90 days of the rental date, the security deposit will be returned only if the building is re-rented for that date.

  • Junior Fair Building:

    • 68’ x 110’ (7590 sq. ft) – 100 tables, 450 chairs, Capacity 456 people

    • Heated, air-conditioned, small kitchen, restrooms, door 11'11"x20'

    • Rental Cost: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $500.00;

    • Friday $600.00;

    • Saturday $1,000.00

    • Friday, Saturday & Sunday $1,300.00

  • Junior Fair Building, Small Room Only:

    • 58’ X 40’ (2320 sq. ft.) – , Cap. 120 people

    • Rental Cost: Friday or Saturday $300.00

    • Sunday - Thursday $200.00

  • Champion Barn:

    • 45′ X 80′ (3600 sq. ft.) - Heated, restrooms, door 14'x20'

    • Friday, Saturday $400.00

    • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $300.00

  • Under Grandstand:

    • 70’ X 40’ (2800 sq. ft.) - Capacity 200 people

    • No heat, No kitchen, No tables or chairs

    • Bathrooms across drive, not in the building

    • Rental Cost: $150.00/day

  • Foundation Building:

    • Capacity 100 people

    • Heated, air-conditioned, full kitchen, restrooms

    • Rental Cost: $150/day without use of kitchen, add $50/day for use of kitchen

    • Friday, Saturday or Sunday $300.00, add $75 for use of kitchen

  • Administration Building - Meeting Room:

    • 2nd floor, Capacity 50 people, carpeted

    • Heat and air conditioning, bathrooms downstairs

    • Rental Cost:  $50/day

  • Livestock Barns:

    • Dirt Floor

    • $100.00/day, with stalls @175.00/day

  • Horse Arena 150' x 250' main arena and 100' x 150' second arena:

    • Announcers stand with heat and air

    • Sound system (not in barns)

    • Bathroom and shower building

    • Rental includes use of only the middle horse barn with 55 box stalls

    • Additional horse barns available at $175/barn per day.  (83 stall barn and/or 66 stall barn)

    • Night time arena lights available for $50/day

    • Overnight camping available at $25/camper hook-up per day

    • Rental Cost:  $175/day

    • Tractor with arena conditioner, water wagon and operator available. **$125/day fuel and $75 tractor operator fee.

  • Outside space and other buildings charged per area needed, contact office for more information

Winter Storage

Winter Storage is available as first come first served.

Starts October 1st and Ends April 15th (Late removal fee of $5.00 per day)

Cost is per foot, from tongue on trailer to most far end or bumper to bumper.

$12/ft for dirt floor and $15/ft concrete floor.

Fair Vendor/Concessionaire

The following are for rentals during the week of the Wood County Fair. If something you are interested is not listed here, please contact us to discuss available options.

  • Inside Building Space: (10’ X 10’), one side open $150.00 each

  • Inside Tent Space (Commercial Tent): (10’ X 10’) one side open $130.00 each

  • Outside Space:

    • Exhibitors, 15’ Minimum (in 5′ increments thereafter), $15.00/ft.

    • Concessionaire, 15’ Minimum (in 5′ increments thereafter), $20.00/ft

  • Individual tents available for rent upon request. Note: If you need a tent, your total footage must be 8ft larger than the tent while following all other footage requirements.

 Delivery Trucks and Cars

  • All delivery cars or trucks must make deliveries before 10 a.m. daily

  • Commercial exhibitors, concession operators will be issued stickers by the Wood County Fair Office.

  • No stickers will be issued to livestock exhibitors.

  • Vehicles must be in the north parking area after 10 a.m. until 12 midnight.
