Barn Open for Arrival:  Sunday, August 1, at 8:00 a.m. (self-unload)

Weigh-In: Sunday, August 1, from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the show ring area

Mandatory Barn Meeting: Monday, August 2, 8:00 a.m.
Show Order:  Tuesday, August 3, 8:30 a.m. (show order below)

  1. Showmanship: 16-18, 14-15, 12-13, 10-11, 8-9-year-old divisions (as of January 1st)

  2. Breeding Gilts: Berkshire, Chester White, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Landrace, Poland China, Spot, Tamworth, Yorkshire and Crossbred Breeding Gilts

  3. Market Hogs: Berkshire, Chester White, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Landrace, Poland China, Spot, Tamworth, Yorkshire, Crossbred Market Gilts and Crossbred Market Barrows

  4. Grand Champion Drives for Breeding Gilts and Market Hogs begin at 5:00 pm or immediately following Crossbred Market Barrows, whichever is later

or after the overall grand champion drive, whichever is later

Open to any boy or girl below the age of 9 years old and not in the third grade on the day of the show. Must have access to a hog already at the fair and be able to use it for the show. Contestants will be grouped by age, not to exceed 6 classes, and will compete for prizes provided by AgCREDIT.

Appropriate show attire is required. Please no sandals or flipflops in the arena. Parents are not permitted to enter the ring during the show in order to allow all contestants the opportunity to show off their skills.
